I feel everything and everything hurts and yet it is so remarkable just to be alive

I feel everything and everything hurts and yet it is so remarkable just to be alive

I wonder how anyone could ever feel truly sad

I wonder if one day I may just dry out of tears and shrivel up in to a prune and sprout shoots

tracy

this is my dear friend tracy. I met her almost a year ago while wwoofing in northfork, ca. we immediately bonded, there are just some people in this lifetime that resonate with you, like your souls knew each other before your physical bodies ever met. thats how I feel about tracy. she recently became a yoga instructor and needed some photos for her website/pamphlets etc so we set out to griffith park and did a little shoot. we were talking about how blessed we feel that our work and our passion is the same. she shared with me this quote which sums it up perfectly.

“A master in the art of living draws no sharp distinction between his work and his play; his labor and his leisure; his mind and his body; his education and his recreation. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence through whatever he is doing, and leaves others to determine whether he is working or playing. To himself, he always appears to be doing both.” ┬áL.P. Jacks
